Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases on scdigitalsolutions.net.

1. Digital bundle — technical-issue refund (30 days)

The Anti-Scam Playbook and any other one-time digital product are delivered as instant-download files. Because the content is consumed as soon as it is opened, refunds on digital products are not offered for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the content, or after the file has been successfully downloaded and is readable.

We will, however, issue a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date in the following cases:

• The download link does not work and we are unable to deliver a working copy.
• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened with a standard PDF reader.
• You were charged twice for the same order, or charged in error.
• The product description on this site is materially inaccurate (i.e., the file you received is not the product advertised).

To request a refund, email support@scdigitalsolutions.net with your order ID and a short description (or screenshot) of the issue. We normally reply within 2 business days and, where eligible, refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This policy is offered voluntarily and is in addition to (not in place of) your statutory rights described in section 2.

2. EU / EEA / UK 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Important — express waiver for downloadable products: at checkout, by ticking the consent box and starting your download, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download begins (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). If the download has not started, you may still withdraw by contacting support@scdigitalsolutions.net within 14 days.

3. ScamShield Premium (subscription)

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@scdigitalsolutions.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
• EU/EEA/UK consumers: you have the same 14-day right of withdrawal described above for the first subscription period. If you have started using the paid features within those 14 days, we may charge a proportionate amount for the use already made (Art. 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
• U.S. consumers: where required by state law (e.g., California), we will provide a clear, easy way to cancel online without speaking to a representative.

4. Free-trial conversions

If your purchase included a free trial, your card will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. We send a reminder email at least 3 days before the first charge where required by law.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve the vast majority of disputes within 24 hours. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and recovery of fees.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied where there is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated buy-and-refund patterns, redistribution of the materials, or violation of these Terms).
