2. No guarantee of detection or outcome

Scams evolve constantly. Even when used correctly, the Services may fail to identify a scam, may flag a legitimate message as suspicious, or may produce inaccurate or out-of-date information. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any specific scam will be detected, prevented, or stopped, or that any specific financial loss, harm, or damage will be avoided. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

3. AI-generated content

• The risk score, verdict, reasons and recommended actions are produced by large-language-model systems. AI output is probabilistic and can be incorrect, biased, hallucinated, or incomplete.
• You must independently verify any AI output before acting on it, and use common sense and human judgement.
• You must not rely on AI output as the sole basis for any decision with material legal, financial, medical, employment or safety consequences.

4. Not a substitute for professional advice

If you believe you have been the target or victim of a scam, contact your bank, your local consumer-protection authority and the police. In the United States, you can also report to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to the FBI's IC3 at ic3.gov. In the EU, contact your national police and your national data-protection authority where personal data is involved.

5. Third-party content and links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites or their content. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. User-generated reports and database

The community-reports database may contain information submitted by other users. Such reports are provided "as is", may be inaccurate, may not have been verified, and should be treated as one data point among many. Inclusion in the database is not an accusation of fraud against any specific person or business.

7. No professional-client relationship

Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, advisor-client, doctor-patient, or fiduciary relationship between you and SC Digital Solutions.

8. Testimonials and results

Any testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results. Where forward-looking statements appear, they are not guarantees.

9. United States — additional notices

• The Services are not "consumer reports" within the meaning of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq., and may not be used to make decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other "permissible purpose" under FCRA.
• Nothing on the Services is an offer to sell securities or investment advice within the meaning of the U.S. federal or state securities laws.
